Post Oil Injection

The post-oiling equipment for pelleted feed is used to spray oil onto the surface of pelleted feed after granulation. The oil is then absorbed into the pellets through agitation by a screw conveyor. After years of practical application, the post-oiling equipment developed by Qingdao Baoheng has been upgraded to the 3rd generation (left-right loss-in-weight type).

I. Product Brief

Baojia post-injection dosing & spray equipment is a precision oil spraying and mixing device specially designed for pelleted feed (including aquatic extruded feed). Its core function is to uniformly spray oil (animal oil, vegetable oil, or mixed oil) onto the surface of feed pellets after granulation/extrusion, and achieve deep integration of oil and pellets through a screw conveyor, thereby improving feed energy and palatability. After multiple generations of technological iteration, the equipment has formed two core classification systems: classified by oil spraying method into impact-sensing post-oiling equipment and quantitative post-oiling equipment (including loss-in-weight type and drum type); classified by backend mixing capacity into Model 450 (for medium-capacity requirements) and Model 550 (for high-capacity requirements). It can flexibly meet the different production scales and precision needs of feed factories.

Widely used in production scenarios such as conventional pelleted feed and aquatic extruded feed, the equipment realizes precise, automatic and stable oil addition through advanced flow sensing/weighing measurement technology, dual weighing oil tank system and PLC intelligent control, helping feed factories improve product quality and production efficiency.

2. Core Product Features

(I) Scientific Classification to Meet Diverse Needs

Precise Classification by Oil Spraying Method:

Impact-sensing type: Adopts an impact flowmeter to sense feed flow, and realizes synchronous oil spraying through a variable frequency oil pump. It features a simple structure and fast response, suitable for mass production of conventional pelleted feed;
Quantitative post-oiling equipment: Centered on loss-in-weight type (upper-lower type, left-right type) and drum type, it adopts direct weighing measurement technology, offering higher oil addition precision. It is especially suitable for aquatic extruded feed and high-end pelleted feed with strict requirements on oil spraying uniformity.
Flexible Matching by Production Capacity:

Model 450: Suitable for medium-capacity production lines, balancing efficiency and cost, meeting the daily production needs of small and medium-sized feed factories;
Model 550: Designed for high-capacity production scenarios, the backend mixing system has stronger processing capacity, supporting large-scale continuous production and ensuring stability under high load.

(II) Precise Measurement for Controllable Oil Addition

The impact-sensing type senses the impact force of feed through a flow plate, converts it into real-time flow data, and the PLC dynamically adjusts the oil pump frequency to achieve "synchronous oil spraying with feed flow";
The quantitative series adopts direct weighing measurement (replacing traditional impact type). The left-right/upper-lower loss-in-weight equipment realizes alternate feeding and discharging through dual weighing hoppers, while the drum type integrates upper-lower and left-right loss-in-weight technologies, fundamentally improving measurement precision and avoiding oil waste and uneven addition;
Equipped with an advanced dual weighing oil tank system as standard, supporting precise proportional addition of animal oil, vegetable oil, or mixed oil to meet different feed formula requirements.

(III) Efficient Mixing for Uniform Integration

The backend screw conveyor (with different processing capacities for Model 450/550) rotates at a constant speed, realizing full mixing of oil and pelleted feed, ensuring that oil penetrates from the pellet surface to the interior, and avoiding local excessive or insufficient oil content;
The drum type is equipped with an exclusive atomized oil spraying system + mixing drum design, optimized for the characteristics of aquatic extruded feed, further improving oil atomization effect and mixing uniformity.

(IV) Intelligent Stability with Easy Operation and Maintenance

Open electrical control system, PLC can be seamlessly integrated into the factory's central control system to realize automatic linked production, with simple and easy-to-operate operation;
Equipped with complete automatic diagnosis, abnormal alarm functions, and multiple safety devices including mechanical, acousto-optic and electrical devices, ensuring 24/7 continuous and stable operation of the equipment;
Key components are selected from well-known brands, with reasonable structural design and low maintenance cost, adapting to the long-term high-intensity production needs of feed factories.
